EasyMate Tips
Tip 1. We Recommend Standard Bicycles
EasyMate recommends choosing standard shared bicycles instead of shared electric bikes.
Standard bicycles are:
- Safer
- Easier to ride
- Better suited for sightseeing
- Available almost everywhere
Tip 2. Avoid Shared Electric Bikes
Although shared electric bikes are available in some cities, EasyMate does not recommend them for first-time visitors.
Electric bikes travel much faster than standard bicycles, and regulations vary between cities.
Unless you are already familiar with local traffic conditions, standard bicycles are generally the safer and more enjoyable choice.
Tip 3. Check the Bike Before Riding
Before unlocking the bike, quickly check:
- Tires
- Brakes
- Seat
- QR code
If anything appears damaged, simply choose another bicycle.
Tip 4. Make Sure Your Trip Has Ended
After locking the bike, always check the app to confirm that your trip has ended successfully.
Otherwise, additional rental charges may continue to accumulate.
